School Attendance Waivers

Youth hockey in Minnesota is based upon the Home address of the player.  If your home address is outside the 621 school district boundaries, you need to obtain a waiver from your Home Association.

If your child attends a school in the 621 school district this will allow you to play youth hockey with the association but you will need to obtain a school waiver from your Home Association.   The school waiver cannot be denied. This waiver is good the entire time the player remains in the school system the waiver is associated with.  IYHA includes St. Anthony Village School District 282

It is the families responsibility to obtain the waiver and provide it to the registration coordinator. If a waiver is not in place, they will not be allowed to participate.

The steps are as follows:

- Home Association President signs school waiver

- Receiving Association President signs the school waiver

- Home Association District Director signs waiver

- Receiving Association District Director sign waiver.
